Jocqueline Holmes (B.A.CHRM), Managing Director, complements her many years of executive recruitment with a Human Resources approach.  Her expertise as an HR Partner has assisted numerous businesses through review of their organizational structure and supported them through each strategic planning stage of the staffing and selection process. Prior to establishing the Holmes Group, Jocqueline spent valuable years building her portfolio in corporate Retail Human Resources with the Dylex organization.

Jocqueline has proven expertise in building and keeping strong business relationships. She is dedicated to insuring the highest standards of excellence and ethical business practices regardless of whether our client has a singular vacancy or is building an entire business division with multiple departments.  Consistent with our client group, she possesses a passion for the Retail/Wholesale industry and holds true to the integrity and respect for our profession.

 
Jack Holmes (M.A. BFG), Managing Director, brings significant Business and Recruitment experience with an absolute priority for customer service. Jack has earned multiple performance recognition awards with his Fortune 100 background. In addition, he brings an extensive Training and Development portfolio from a national focus. Jack has received accolades for his exceptional communication style in consulting with key decision makers, delivering compelling presentations, persuasively negotiating major transactions, managing high profile accounts, and diplomatically troubleshooting problems.

Jack effectively employs this background to quickly screen and qualify the core competencies required by our clients.  This combination ensures that all facets of the search process have met the high standards demanded by our customers. In addition, Jack developed the “two masters” philosophy to serve the unique needs of both our client and candidate group. Jack is in demand as a speaker to business and educational groups wishing to partner in our “niche” servicing the retail/wholesale environment.
